Will the USA remain as a democracy if Project 2025 prevails?

If someone were to try to subvert the US Constitution would the current US Supreme Court re-direct the submissions back to the tenets of the Constitution - OR is there a 'loophole' where absolute power to the Presidency can be granted??
What is the legal limitation / authority of Congress to maintain the tri-partite "Separation of Powers" in status-quo if a President were to try to shift the balance from rule by legislated law to rule by executive order? From the article in the link, the suggestion is that President Trump will be trying to remodel the government so only his directives will be law and he will be able to act without consulting Congress.

The first link below speaks to "Project 2025" and Trump trying to deny his association to it during the election, but now engaging with its author (and previous Presidential councillor) to forcefully enact a similar strategy as Project 2025 promotes.

The second, third and fourth links simply give you (the reader) the background information about the agency and people reporting on the first link.

Project 2025 will never happen. If they start that we will have massive violent upheavals nationwide.

@Patriot96 I know. It was all BS.

@Nitedoc I'm leaving my 'neutral' position to comment here: The underlying issue here is that now the principal proponent for "Project 2025" is Russell Vought who President Trump has (apparently) appointed to the Office of Management and Budget. This appointment clearly shows that Trump wants changes made to the way money is disbursed with the government AND as "Project 2025" is the proposed means of controlling government spending, then it follows that Trump is in favor of implementing ideas that Vought proposes. That's the scary part! My question is: Can Congress effectively control/neutralize this OR would the Supreme Court permit it and render Congress powerless?

@JollyRoger It's up to Congress first and they will shoot it down. If it gets to the Supreme Court I think they will reject it after some consideration.
