First transgender woman elected to congress

Congratulations to Sarah McBride the first transgender woman to be elected to the House of Representatives. She will be representing Delaware. I'm so glad this happened. It is a small step forward. Of course, she will have to deal with bigotry and prejudice from small-minded, backward people.

Good for her.

All I can say is I am glad I live where I live. My MLA is a trans man and literally nobody cares. In fact probably alot of people have no idea because again, nobody cares.

They are more concerned with doing things for people like making birth control free at the point of sale and ditto with insulin.

Meanwhile in the "land of the free" people live in fear of anyone different and diabetics are dying because they are forced to ration insulin because some oligarch needs a new Lambo.
