This sad story had a good ending. It’s a shame the homeowner was shot. I hope he or she recovers quickly. But retribution was served.
@carpediem Let’s remember the city councilwoman in Minnesota who called for the defunding of the police.
Her tune changed after she was brutally car jacked and assaulted. Luckily her children were not hurt.
Suddenly a new phrase came from her: she wanted “justice” and demanded something be done.
It no doubt came as a shock to her when the reality and terror of criminal activity visited her.

According to Democrat accommodations for illegals, the guy invading the home should be treated as a resident of the home and thus be coddled and pampered.
Said it before…going to see more snd more of this . People are not going to be sacrificial lambs for weak spineless politicians and bureaucrats who need to live the reality and terror of being the victim of a home invasion , a car jacking at gunpoint, or being stabbed, shot and other ways assaulted.
Being in Illinois I'm surprised he wasn't charged with murder one.
