It'll be interesting to see when Trump himself has to talk about America tightening its belt to win the trade war how he'll go about it.

My guess is, he'll want to focus on McDonald's or something similar, even if it's not really related.

if so their PR campaign for this sucks. as a corporation they have a clean supply chain system and the ability to downshift both employee pay and employees per store---that would be interesting from a business process standpoint is how their internal strategies would shift to mitigate the damage that tariffs would do to both their business and profilt margins (from lower sales volume)

it is fascinating from a business perspective they didn't get amazon'd out of business (same with Target) like other retail chains did

It would be interesting in how Shenzhen and other China manufacturing powerhouses navigate this idea---

I don't think the USA can "win" a tariff war with China or India or anyone for that matter---often it is a poor policy / business decision / that knuckle head should have paid more attention in the business classes that is daddy bought for him.

🤔................With so many American companies owned by China and everything that American people buy is Made in China, the tariffs will drive up the price of products across the board...........Tariffs are payed by the American Companies that import products from China and the American companies will pass the cost of increasing tariff taxes on to the consumers............
