Trump Confirms He Will Declare a National Emergency to Reverse Border Crisis Through Mass Deportation Program

President-elect Donald Trump has confirmed a groundbreaking strategy to address illegal immigration, announcing plans to implement a large-scale deportation program using military resources.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump validated reports about his incoming administration’s intention to declare a national emergency to tackle what he views as an ongoing border crisis.

The confirmation came in response to a post by Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, who highlighted the potential use of military assets to “reverse the Biden invasion.”

Trump’s response of “TRUE!!” underscored his commitment to a campaign promise that resonated strongly with his supporters.

The Washington Examiner reported that central to this initiative is Tom Homan, former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who will serve as the administration’s “border czar.”

Homan has been clear about the priorities of this potential deportation effort, emphasizing national security and public safety.

“President Trump’s been clear; public safety threats and national security threats will be the priority because they have to be. They pose the most danger to this country,” Homan stated, as outlined by the Examiner.

He specifically outlined a strategy to first target illegal immigrants who have already received final deportation orders from federal immigration judges but have failed to comply.

The Examiner further noted that Homan articulated a straightforward approach to enforcement, challenging critics by asking, “What is the option?”

He emphasized that individuals have opportunities for due process, including the right to claim asylum and appear before a judge.

However, once a judicial order is issued, he believes enforcement becomes mandatory.

The Wall Street Journal reported that approximately 1.3 million illegal immigrants currently reside in the United States despite having received official orders to leave.

Trump’s proposed strategy aims to address this significant population.

The president-elect has consistently maintained that his deportation plan would be more extensive than those of previous administrations, per the Examiner.

During his campaign, he pledged to remove more illegal immigrants from the United States than any of his predecessors; a promise that continues to energize his political base.

Homan defended the proposed approach, arguing that individuals who ignore judicial deportation orders are breaking the law.

“At the end of that due process, when the judge says, ‘You must go home,’ then we have to take them home,” he explained during an appearance on Fox and Friends.

@NativePortlander1970 How are the people today responsible for what happened to American Indians?? we aren’t. This is like posting a picture of the war slavery in the 1800s. Neither of these things would happen in the United States today. They were both horrible and America’s history should be ashamed, but we cannot go back and undo what has been done.. we can only learn from it and make sure it’s never repeat it

I know that the majority of immigrants want a better life but it is from one’s bringing crime and destruction to our country who caused so many Americans to not want them here. Maybe if we could figure out a way to properly vet immigrants it wouldn’t be so bad. I’m sure that there are some who appreciate the free housing and the free phones the free food stamps the free medical care, but why should American citizens do without? Shouldn’t we provide for our own citizens first? Especially those who fight for our country and our freedom. Don’t you think we owe them anything ? I certainly appreciate their sacrifice. If we have any left over, we can spread it but right now you know we don’t have it.
@missyann You would be very surprised at how those still on the Rez are treated by the government, during winters the US government lets them freeze, while Venezuela sends them millions of dollars worth of heating oil. Also, the racism against us Natives is still very strong, that includes heinous violence as well as sexual violations against our girls and young women, many of them also disappear into suspected human trafficking, many of them are murdered as well, BUT, all of this is kept out of the news.

@NativePortlander1970 Yes, it is kept out of the news. I am sorry.
@missyann The genocide against us is still happening, and the US government ignores it.

@NativePortlander1970 I’m sorry. People don’t consider this still being an issue. I know this doesn’t help, but I have always believed that native American Indians are the first people who deserve reparations. I don’t want to be one of the ones to forget.
@missyann I'll show You just how out of sight out of mind we are, the left is even worse than the right, the pictoral is of their doing, when it came to discuss the repirations, they laughed at the thought of us Natives and the indentured servants getting a portion, it's all about the blacks for them.

@NativePortlander1970 I’m sorry, but I see this more as a tribute to native American Indians just like the Washington Redskins. I think it was ridiculous to change the name and that has had a negative impact on Washington’s football team I’ve never heard anyone say anything negative. Just like aunt Jemima pancakes and uncle Ben’s rice.. I’m never heard anyone say anything negative about African Americans.

Of course, you are entitled to your opinion and feelings, and I will never look at Land O Lakes butter as holding native American Indians down

@NativePortlander1970 I wanted to share with you. Growing up we always went to the smoky mountains on vacation and my brother and I always wanted to be a Cherokee Indian. We once asked the chief if he would show us how to be on the drums. He did and allowed us to be in a show I consider that a great honor.

I support the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes is my guy. When the crowd makes the Indian noise, I do that at home. I don’t know what I’ll do if they change their name lol OL.

I mean it when I say that anything to do with native American Indians is a tribute from “most “
And I truly believe that states that was taken from Indians, that you deserve some of the land back to build communities and not reservations
@missyann (((((HUGS))))) Thank You so very much :) 🤗❤
