Trump Confirms He Will Declare a National Emergency to Reverse Border Crisis Through Mass Deportation Program

President-elect Donald Trump has confirmed a groundbreaking strategy to address illegal immigration, announcing plans to implement a large-scale deportation program using military resources.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump validated reports about his incoming administration’s intention to declare a national emergency to tackle what he views as an ongoing border crisis.

The confirmation came in response to a post by Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, who highlighted the potential use of military assets to “reverse the Biden invasion.”

Trump’s response of “TRUE!!” underscored his commitment to a campaign promise that resonated strongly with his supporters.

The Washington Examiner reported that central to this initiative is Tom Homan, former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who will serve as the administration’s “border czar.”

Homan has been clear about the priorities of this potential deportation effort, emphasizing national security and public safety.

“President Trump’s been clear; public safety threats and national security threats will be the priority because they have to be. They pose the most danger to this country,” Homan stated, as outlined by the Examiner.

He specifically outlined a strategy to first target illegal immigrants who have already received final deportation orders from federal immigration judges but have failed to comply.

The Examiner further noted that Homan articulated a straightforward approach to enforcement, challenging critics by asking, “What is the option?”

He emphasized that individuals have opportunities for due process, including the right to claim asylum and appear before a judge.

However, once a judicial order is issued, he believes enforcement becomes mandatory.

The Wall Street Journal reported that approximately 1.3 million illegal immigrants currently reside in the United States despite having received official orders to leave.

Trump’s proposed strategy aims to address this significant population.

The president-elect has consistently maintained that his deportation plan would be more extensive than those of previous administrations, per the Examiner.

During his campaign, he pledged to remove more illegal immigrants from the United States than any of his predecessors; a promise that continues to energize his political base.

Homan defended the proposed approach, arguing that individuals who ignore judicial deportation orders are breaking the law.

“At the end of that due process, when the judge says, ‘You must go home,’ then we have to take them home,” he explained during an appearance on Fox and Friends.

All Democrats should be required to house these illegals, who are sneaking into the country minus English speaking skills, a job, a place to live.

@graphite and all republicans should take on children that are born from unwanted pregnancies…since republicans are so busy telling women what to do with the bodies

@black4white Have all the abortions you want, just don't expect the rest of us to pay for them

@black4white There's a long list of people lined up to adopt babies. Actually, abortion is now just a state issue instead of a federal one. The way it should be. And there are many, many birth control methods available to avoid getting pregnant in the first place.

Excerpt: Some sources estimate that there are about 2 million couples currently waiting to adopt in the United States — which means there are as many as 36 waiting families for every one child who is placed for adoption.

@graphite then if that’s the case why so many not adopted?

@black4white How many placed up for adoption are not adopted?

@graphite why don’t men have any thing to do with this… if a baby is another then the male needs to get his nuts cut vasectomy style….

@graphite don’t worry Orangeman wil follow suit all in time
black4white · 56-60, M
@graphite oh I forgot all theses women get pregnant by immaculate conception and then men responsible get a free pass wooo hooo …

@black4white Men get zero options in abortion. If he wants the baby and she wants to dispose of it, he's out of luck.

Once again: Some sources estimate that there are about 2 million couples currently waiting to adopt in the United States — which means there are as many as 36 waiting families for every one child who is placed for adoption.

No demand for these babies, huh? I take it you're a Democrat supporting illegal immigration, providing none have to be housed at your place.

@graphite I hate illegal anything … I love immigration just has to be done correctly…
