Trump Confirms He Will Declare a National Emergency to Reverse Border Crisis Through Mass Deportation Program

President-elect Donald Trump has confirmed a groundbreaking strategy to address illegal immigration, announcing plans to implement a large-scale deportation program using military resources.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump validated reports about his incoming administration’s intention to declare a national emergency to tackle what he views as an ongoing border crisis.

The confirmation came in response to a post by Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, who highlighted the potential use of military assets to “reverse the Biden invasion.”

Trump’s response of “TRUE!!” underscored his commitment to a campaign promise that resonated strongly with his supporters.

The Washington Examiner reported that central to this initiative is Tom Homan, former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who will serve as the administration’s “border czar.”

Homan has been clear about the priorities of this potential deportation effort, emphasizing national security and public safety.

“President Trump’s been clear; public safety threats and national security threats will be the priority because they have to be. They pose the most danger to this country,” Homan stated, as outlined by the Examiner.

He specifically outlined a strategy to first target illegal immigrants who have already received final deportation orders from federal immigration judges but have failed to comply.

The Examiner further noted that Homan articulated a straightforward approach to enforcement, challenging critics by asking, “What is the option?”

He emphasized that individuals have opportunities for due process, including the right to claim asylum and appear before a judge.

However, once a judicial order is issued, he believes enforcement becomes mandatory.

The Wall Street Journal reported that approximately 1.3 million illegal immigrants currently reside in the United States despite having received official orders to leave.

Trump’s proposed strategy aims to address this significant population.

The president-elect has consistently maintained that his deportation plan would be more extensive than those of previous administrations, per the Examiner.

During his campaign, he pledged to remove more illegal immigrants from the United States than any of his predecessors; a promise that continues to energize his political base.

Homan defended the proposed approach, arguing that individuals who ignore judicial deportation orders are breaking the law.

“At the end of that due process, when the judge says, ‘You must go home,’ then we have to take them home,” he explained during an appearance on Fox and Friends.

Yes, he should. The view says.” Your grandmas your aunts and uncles brothers and sisters are the ones who will be deported.. I am sorry, but anyone who is here illegally has broken the law

A country without Borders is not a country. Those who came to this country legally waited sometimes 10 years to get their citizenship. They do not support illegal immigration. If you come into our country and want citizenship, you should have to assimilate.. learn to speak English. FDR sad that we have one flag and it should be honored.

@missyann the people coming here today “assimilate” and learn english faster than they did 150 years ago. Frankly - I don’t care about that because that is to their disadvantage. I do care about people whom have been before a judge and told to leave yet we don’t immediately escort them to the border. Or that we make no effort to locate those who have expired visas.

@missyann I 100% agree

@missyann I have friends who came here from other countries. They say the same thing. They had to wait to get here, have a sponsor that signed papers saying that they would be responsible for them so they wouldn’t be a burden to the state. What has happened in the past few years is just the opposite, no waiting to get in, just crash the border and the government is giving free handouts and very generous ones at that with the spending cards they are receiving. Americans who are here working for a living can only dream of having those kinds of freebies.

@sunsporter1649 how come I drive to HD and pass the street corner with the “homeless vet” asking for cash, then pull into the HD ad pass the Illegal immigrants (likely) looking for jobs? Why is the vet the one looking for the handout?

@trollslayer “the people who come here today assimilate and learn English faster…..

Lmao!! Yea, ok… “press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish”… no they don’t. The people who come here are catered to and don’t need to learn English because our government allows it. My great grandparents spoke Italian and back then had NO choice but to learn English and did!! Many homes the children going to school learn English but their parents make little to no effort to learn English

@Bill1372 your feelings are not facts

@cherokeepatti Absolutely correct. When our veterans can’t get what they need first it is a problem and a crime to me. Sad. I don’t want to see anyone suffer but we have to take care of our own citizens first

@carpediem I agree too!

PREACH!! Exactly right!
@missyann They should be taken past the border outside USA and armed guards in place not to allow back in. Let them go back as they came in. Walk in hordes back to their place of residence or pay the Mexican cartel with some of this American money they’ve been given to get them back to their country.
