I'm surprised they knew who Hitler was. My impression was "the base" doesn't know anything about history." This changes everything.

I'm surprised they knew who Hitler even was. They don't seem too introspective. They seem kind of like pets in a way.

Why am I not surprised?

@jackjjackson
Did you delete a post that you perhaps said something that was, let's say, inaccurate?

Woody alone discussed atomic stuff. Not sure why. It was somehow part of Woody’s thing about always being right?
Totally out of the blue. Ask him.

@jackjjackson Nope and nope. Einstein's achievements were special and general relativity, which caused a revolution in theoretical physics, but still no practical products (OK, he won his Nobel for explaining the photoelectric effect; an already known phenomenon). You thought Einstein invented the A-bomb? LOL!!!
P.S. I majored in physics; I can debate this all day!!

Donald Trump would not disagree with these statements:
The broad mass of a nation…will more easily fall victim to a big lie than to a small one.
Mein Kampf (1925) vol. 1, ch. 10
The art of leadership…consists in consolidating the attention of the people against a single adversary and taking care that nothing will split up that attention.
Mein Kampf (1925) ch. 3
Basic Machiavallian methods.
“Men are so simple of mind, and so much dominated by their immediate needs, that a deceitful man will always find plenty who are ready to be deceived." The Prince, Machiavelli

Have you posted anything other than something about Trump since, actually since well before the election? You’re really struggling badly with this election. Relax, sit back, and watch him and Vance run circles around Sleepy Senile Joe and Hyena Harris… grab your popcorn. 🍿 can’t wait to see order restored at the border, affordable gas and groceries, and respect for this country globally where we achieve peace through fear and strength like we had 4 years ago.

@MarmeeMarch So you agree that tRumpists and Nazis are starting out the same with their platforms built on racism, nationalism, and fear of the foreign.
And now it is every American's patriotic duty to prevent tRump from traveling further along his authoritarian arc. Personally I find it troubling that tRump has stated he will declare a peacetime "state of emergency," thereby preventing Congress from exercising its Constitutional power of the purse. Is that acceptable to you? Would you draw the line at martial law??
