LOL as if it's difficult to buy a gun in America. I bought all of my guns when I lived in California.
Just curious, if Trump asks you to give up your guns, will you do it? Don't say "but he would never do that." It's a hypothetical question. Imagine him saying that you don't need a gun because he will protect you. If you use a gun for hunting or target shooting, you can store it at the local police station and check it out whenever you need it.

@LeopoldBloom Sure, but a lot of that is on the Democrats for not fighting hard enough, specifically when it comes to bucking norms like the Republicans do all the time. The Democrats are doing the bare minimum to stop the march to Fascism.

1. The charges of business, bank, real estate and tax fraud were ongoing. They dated back as far back in time as the orange fraud had been doing business in New York............but they were ongoing in the present. The CFO that admitted trump and his family had been defrauding everyone they touched under oath is still alive. Meaning this was NOT going on 50 years ago....IT STILL IS. . The CFO was part of it..........ALL OF HIS TIME WITH TRUMP he admitted to helping trump break the law......right up to the date of the trial. READ THE TRANSCRIPTS........LEARN SOMETHING. They are public information.
2. Your second point. Trump has already made sure judges are crooked. He appointed them to make sure they are. SCOTUS bent every ethical rule in it's history to give a president immunity for the first time in 245+ years. Judge Chutkan..a trump stooge appointee..... dropped all charges against trump for espionage that TRUMP himself admitted to doing. The FBI videoed themselves in trump house......taking back BOXES of national security documents from trumps bathroom and closets....that he stole and never had a need to have
He .admitted he took them.....lied about having them.......and then filed 3 lawsuits to get "HIS" stolen espionage documents back. But his stooge judge said..,."no evidence". You can't get anymore crooked than that.
3. IN EVERY TRIAL trump has been in he and his lawyers have dragged out just exactly what you said..........the juris prudence .......of releasing ANY and ALL information concerning his 90 felony charges in terms of evidence the prosecutors have. He has blocked his tax returns. He has blocked release of the Mueller Report. He had all records of his fraud trial of his scam university sealed, EVERY charge he spends millions in legal billable hours trying to find ways to hide all evidence against him.
You're a real piece of work...talking about what the Dems would have the courts do. :-) ;-)
And look at your last point. Are you fucking kidding? trumps main campaign promise is that he will "get rid of all of his political opponents....by getting rid of the legal system and forming his own legal panel to determine guilt of his enemies......by trying them for made up crimes.
