I just had a look at the list of appointments that D. Trump has made for the various branches and departments, and each and every one of them has a single name associated with their respective top spot, except for the newly-created 'Department of Governmental Efficiency' which for some reason has two.

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. Isn't this rather ironic? Why are two people heading a government department, and one dedicated to the elimination of waste and inefficiency no less?
