Is Kamala Harris Eligible For Unemployment Benefits?

I never went on unemployment benefits, so how does it work? Woukd she need to go back to California and wait in a line to get a interview and collect?

I'm guessing she has to write down a cause for unemployment. What do you write for that if you are her? She is 20 million in debt, so is she eligible for food stamps? Will someone be checking in on her to see if she is actively looking for a job?

I never used it when I could. But she has a problem. One has to submit a certain number of job applications per month to stay eligible to receive benefits. She can't do that without her staff. She can't do anything without her staff.

@AthrillatheHunt Oh.... I had to look that up, she gets $200,000 a year pension for serving as President of the Senate if done for at least two years.

Okay. That is the easiest job in the universe. I seriously think we can train a orangutan to do it, I've seen them drive around in golf carts and that's harder.

All the President of the Senate has to do is bang a gavel. President is more or less what the president of the old Continental Congress did when we still had a parliamentry system prior to the 1789 Constitution. It has been so dumbed down and stripped of any use, that literally anyone can do it, including a orangutan. You don't even need to be literate. I'm not kidding, there are aids on the spot who hand you stuff and take it away when you don't "need" it anymore. You don't have to file anything, you don't have to debate- infact they won't let you debate. If you vote wrong, the president can veto it. And if you just don't show up to work, they have a president pro tempore do your job for you.

We have never had a President of the Senate, ever, not once, who earned their pay. It is the most pointless job we have in America. Those guys during tax season who spin the signs infront of tax shops- they have a more important job.

You literally cannot find a job more worthless than that of President of the Senate in the US. I'm thinking right now of the most deranged and obscene things- and even those things have more importance.

It's not a Kamala hate thing- Vance too will have a pointless job. The Vice Presidency is bugger than The President of the Senate, but if that was it.... nobody would do it.
