You do get my point that the ruling by libs in that case inserted the government into abortion and it easily could have kept government out. To me I agree sending it to the states is way better than the federal government. The more local the better. Perhaps the next steps should be the states sending it to the towns, cities, counties, and other municipalities which are even more local and have the best sense of the residents any legislation would effect.
Most Americans SEEM to believe that up to certain point let’s say for example the middle of pregnancy for example (I don’t know when the right point falls) a woman has absolute choice (during this time it could be any reason at all, whim, financial, not wanting to be a mother, rape, incest, potential birth defects, etc, ANYTHING). After that period ends then abortion in the case of life of the mother. I believe even the majority of health care professionals agree with that approach. There are relatively few on the total ban and or the free for all to the last minute and maybe a little after the last minute extremes. Why all the fuss? While I’m at it why do the politicians always use the term “fight”? Should things be decided by best consensus and second best by majority following reasonable discussion? @
