A staggering amount of money, I'm almost sure. If that is what RFK Jr actually meant, I agree it is not at all a reasonable or 'good' proposition...which would not of be course be at all surprising, coming from him.
Not adding industrial waste grade fluoride to potable water supplies, however, would only be a financial burden for the wealthy, powerful companies that produce it.

I have several reasons for opposing that practice, and none of them are any of the "conspiracy" theories I've been hearing since the late 70's.
