So what benefit do you see to putting fluoride in drinking water?

@hippyjoe1955 that’s not my point. My point is declaring all fluoride bad and removing it from tap water would be an expensive proposition because in many places the fluoride is there naturally (and people in those places have far fewer cavities)

@trollslayer I don't think anyone is talking about removing natural mineralisation. People are talking about the fluoride being put in drinking water because they think there is a health benefit.

@hippyjoe1955 so if it is bad, then the natural needs to be removed, too. If it isn’t bad, why force local communities who voted to supplement their water to change?
