Trump simply said that Liz is very quick to send our sons and daughters to war because she is a war hawk. But if the tables are turned where she and her family are facing death while in a war, she would lose that hawkish war stance!

I can only paraphrase, but after hearing it over and over again, IN context instead of out of context, Trump said that Cheney is one of those who likes to sit safely at her desk in Washington, and plan wars in which OTHER people must fight and die, but that she would feel differently if SHE was forced to face fire.
