I imagine when you say dime store pistol it is a shot at Harris resonantly saying she owns a Glock. A glock is no dime store pistol and it is the most commonly used weapon by US law enforcement. Because Russia is going bankrupt soon their law enforcement will have to use slingshots and potatoes – so the joke will be on you.
