Save democracy: Vote Trump

Elon Musk said:

"Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election. Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!

Let me explain: if even 1 in 20 illegals become citizens per year, something that the Democrats are expediting as fast as humanly possible, that would be about 2 million new legal voters in 4 years.

The voting margin in the swing states is often less than 20 thousand votes. That means if the “Democratic” Party succeeds, there will be no more swing states!!

Moreover, the Biden/Harris administration has been flying “asylum seekers”, who are fast-tracked to citizenship, directly into swing states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. It is a surefire way to win every election.

America then becomes a one-party state and Democracy is over. The only “elections” will be the Democratic Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago, following the 1986 amnesty.

The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. Once the whole country is controlled by one party, there will be no escape.

Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco."

Illegals have no path to citizenship. The largest initiative to legalize illegal immigrants, happened under Reagan.

There has been talk about legalizing people who were brought to the US as kids, but nothing has been resolved.

Elan should look at what it took him to become a US citizen, it should give him a clue that illegal immigrants do. not have a path to citizenship, and it's even a lot more difficult than it was when he became citizen.

You mean Trumpists think?

Call it what you want. Take it apart if you can. This is what debate is about in a democracy. Demonizing what you don't like, weaponizing the justice system to silence opposition, and assassination of political opponents are unAmerican. I don't think you are American. If you are a US citizen, you need to either assimilate or get out.
@sree251 I am not a US citizen (thankfully) but Trump’s malign influence would spread far beyond the borders of that country, so I have every right to comment on him and his deeply misguided supporters.

He has no redeeming features. None. How can any thinking or ethical person support him?

Trump doesn't want America dragged into foreign wars. It's one of his policies. I support that. Do you consider that policy an influence on me? How a I misguided in that regard? Talk to me. Tell me why I being misled by Trump.

What do you mean by features? What is a redeeming feature to you. Talk to me.
Elon Musk said that?? Wow!!

He's been making wrong predictions for years now!! He's one of the WORST sources you could cite outside tRump himself!!

And how many one-party republican states are there? Gosh, 17 states have a democratic "trifecta" while 22 states have a republican trifecta. But we don't hear you complaining about that, do we???

Translation: you can't deny the damage Trump did by blocking the Senate Bipartisan border bill. This one IS about Trump and I don't care how "sick" you find it.

The Bill is history. Move on.

Trump blocked the bill to keep the border as a campaign issue. He DAMAGED America for the sake of his campaign.

Ok, so let's focus on your candidate who you believe will get you what you want.

Gosh, every complaint you have about Biden, Harris, and the Democrats is history. Are you leaving all that in the rearview mirror?? Of course not, LOL!!!

Let's talk about tax cuts for businesses and for billionaires. What happens when you give tax cuts to businesses? They do a stock buyback. And the people who benefit the most are those with lots of options; such as the corporate officers who are partially paid in options. And these same corporate officers have been busily offshoring production to lower priced countries. Do we really need to reward them for that? Don't you think we can do better with that money? Shouldn't we be spending it on more infrastructure & defense upgrades??

Warren Buffett has famously stated that he pays a lower federal tax rate than his secretary, when payroll taxes are taken into account. Do billionaires like Buffet really need to pay lower rates than the working class??

I have no complaint about Biden, Kamala, and the Democrats. Where did you get the impression?

Tax cuts to businesses keep hard earned profits in the hands of private enterprises. No, I don't think we, namely Congress, can do better with that money. Our crumbling infrastructure on top of a $31 trillion national debt speak for itself.

Buffet draws a salary of $100,000 a year. He returns $50,000 to Berkshire to defray expenses incurs by his staff on mail and phone calls. His take home pay is $50,000 a year. This is probably less than what his secretary makes. This old coot is smarter than the taxman and that's why he is one of the richest men in the world. Don't try to figure it out.

Now we know the bad people are the woke people on the other side of the political divide. They would pretend to empathize with the poor migrants seeking asylum.

@being Yeah, I never saw it that way and always wondering why the Democrats are not supportive of Trump policy on immigration. We can't have a democracy when we cheat and rig the system.

@sree251 I've come to realise there's a lot more than what meets the eye.
Unfortunately most people are easily manipulated to follow the flux of mainstream information and propagate their anger within polarities of the same thing.
I've been seeing this for years but now I'm able to be more sure than ever.

Then, it is what it is and we are where we are. It feels there's a chess board we have no access to with agendas regarding 20, 50, 100 or more years.

I've come to realise there's a lot more than what meets the eye.

This should not be the case. We have implicit trust in each other as fellow Americans. This wonderful sentiment probably was there in the beginning when we risked our lives fighting for independence to form our nation in 1776. There are no fellow Americans today even within the family on account of progressive cancel culture.

Unfortunately most people are easily manipulated to follow the flux of mainstream information and propagate their anger within polarities of the same thing.

Mainstream information today is formulated for minds formatted to receive the approved point of view.

Then, it is what it is and we are where we are. It feels there's a chess board we have no access to with agendas regarding 20, 50, 100 or more years.

We have become the pieces on the chessboard.

@sree251 I'll continue to believe in reality. You can continue to believe in whatever passes for it in your world.

Inclusiveness and diversity is a strength and always has been. Unfortunately it threatens people with small minds like yourself who descend into fascism, racism, and antisemitism to deal with the reality.

Sounds fair to me.

It's not a strength when good is mixed with the bad. This is why we have jails for those who don't fit in.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@sree251 Jails are there for people who commit crimes. It has nothing to do with fitting in or not. You don't fit in, but I wouldn't want you jailed unless you commit a crime.

it's called being a decent human being.

A decent human being is someone who makes no judgment on other people.
