The ban on propane canisters is going to create one hell of a underground for legitimate single use propane cans from out of state. I have no doubt in some areas people will make their living off this black market.
Butane doesn't work in cold temperatures, so you gotta use propane. Recyclable 1 pound cans are very expensive- I saw some in a walmart up in Butler, Pa when I went to visit Trump's Ear, and the cans by themselves are useless, they need a special adapter twice their cost in order to squeeze propane from a larger canister into a smaller one for portability. Alot of people going camping or living in vehicles can't afford the room for the giant canisters.
