Would you support that same decision for making vaccination the law and refusal to vaccinate punishable by imprisonment? Second, explain why (in what i assumed is a very well-considered opinion) should bodily autonomy NOT be considered a "full human right"? @BigGuy2 Yes, forcing women to gestate against their will is slavery. Slavery may be defined as forcing someone to use their body unwillingly in the service of another person. Forced gestation is no different than forcing someone to pick cotton against their will.
The 13th Amendment forbids slavery and involuntary servitude. Forced gestation should fall under this.
