I disagree with the way he's handling it. He could just simply deport illegals like Obama did. The sad thing is that they were let in already and that's on Biden.

@Spoiledbrat Actually, the Haitians in Springfield were LEGALLY admitted; many of them during the Trump admin; they were welcomed because they worked during the pandemic lockdown.
Trump tried to terminate Haiti's TPS by July 22, 2019. However, a court injunction extended Haiti's TPS thru Jan 2 2020. Further injunctions extended Haiti's TPS thru Jan. 4, 2021. The Biden Admin then restored Haiti's TPS status.

Haitian immigrants are here legally, under the Immigration Parole Program. Once here, immigrants are then eligible to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Haiti is designated by the Secretary of Homeland Security for TPS.

How wonderful for their employers, but, but, but, did you think about the years and effort it took American workers to get decent hours and decent pay? From what you are saying, the American workers are out of work.

@MarthannBann888 There was a worker shortage in Springfield. People were going out of work because the factories were shutting down due to the worker shortage. So now, because of the influx of legal migrants, factories are opening up again which benefits the local workers.

@Spoiledbrat Well Springfield also has a major drug problem. A lot of the local population can't work because they're addicted to opioids. Though that is also a result of economic issues which can be solved with systemic change.

@BohemianBabe They don't but it's in Ohio and it's recent. We have lots of food resources here in the US. And she plead innocent due to mental health issue but that doesn't mean she's not just trying to reduce her charge.

This is why it's important to fact-check. Don't just believe whatever someone says on TV.
