If Trump went to jail? And won the presidency?

Very hypothetical but let’s Trump is sentenced to jail time. And is put behind bars In Ryker island. But then on November 5th Trump wins the election. Then what happens? Do they set up an Oval Office in a jail cell for Trump to run the country? Or do they release Trump so that he can run the country? I mean could you imagine the state of the union from behind bars…

The logistics would be extremely difficult, if guards cannot protect other inmates how would they protect DJT...Would his armed escort have to go to jail also?

I think house arrest would be the only option if this ever occurred to an ex president/Prime Minister etc.
