Completely illegal AND disrespectful.
@SomeMichGuy No, completely legal and respectful. Presidents are commander in chiefs in the US Comrade Mich, they are encouraged to do stuff like this, regardless of party. He isn't in old Soviet military cemetary but American.

@Dignaga have you read anything on this? Doesn’t sound like it!

@Handfull1 I was in the military. I'm a veteran. What do I need to read about a former president showing up to a veteran cemetary? It's a rather generic occurence. A black hole isn't going to open up underneath the cemetary just because a former president shows up that a few people don't like.
@Dignaga Trump is NOT the CIC. He is a nobody running for President.

@Dignaga it isn't that he visited. He took photos where not allowed and turned it into a political stunt. Also not allowed.
65 soldiers died during trump's presidency. Has he visited even one of their graves?
@Carla It's unconsitutional to ban it in the first place. His free speech rights Trump that of co gress to legislate against it.

This also goes for laws by congress to ban people for making statements supporting their intention to run fkr high office without officially registering to do so (unconstitutional, they have a absolute right to say what they want wkthout bothering to register their intent).

You do realize the US isn't a parliamentry democracy- we have a seperation of powers, a written constitution and a bill of rights. Not every law that congress passes is constituional. Nobody is required to follow such laws. Trying to enforce such laws on someone can get you charged with false arrest and unlawful imprisonment charges, and conspiracy to violate their rights.

Orange Man Bad is NOT a valid reason to break the US Constitution.
@Dignaga You have no understanding of Constitutional; you don't even know how many Constitutions we've had here in the US...
