If you really do what you say you do, is posting on a general chat site the best way to make your claim to fame ?
I doubt the veracity of this post and all that it entails.
One would think a person doing such things as you claim to be doing would have far better and much wiser ways to spend their time....
Pfft.

Prigozhin did not have the intellect or humility to know his place, but even he did not think he was going to oust Putin in his mutiny. This was not his intention. He was upset that Wagner was going to be under control of the Russian army. The implication was that he would no longer be its boss, as Gerasimov and Shoigu were no longer willing to accept his antics. This rivalry was not useful to Putin anymore, so he was willing to get rid of Prigozhin after the failed Mutiny. Wagner had been fine in Syria and Africa; Prigozhin was no trouble in these places.
Ukraine was different because Prigozhin had attention. He had attention from Russians, and from international community. Wagner were widely known, and he could make videos and go on Telegram telling us how he felt. Doing this makes a difference in Ukraine because people care about Ukraine. He tried to make it into the Wagner or the Prigozhin show, and in a way that undermined the Russian military.
Prigozhin was a very effective commander, and Wagner saw successes in Ukraine. Was it about him or his country? He would have liked to be more aggressive and to have a quicker victory. Putin has not asked for a quicker war, and appears to be accepting of our pace in Ukraine. He did replace Shoigu this year.
We will see what happens in November when US elects their president. Without American weaponry and military support, they would not be able to fight. I think they have invaded Kursk oblast to strengthen their negotiating position.

@SW-User It looks like he set out to oust Putin, like 90% certain of it. He was using propagandist against Putin and shot down helicopters. That's being committed.
Showing up on the outskirts of the massive city of Moscow with nobody enthusastic, and legions of soldiers behind you loyal to Putin in Ukraine, not a good situation to be in.
I think had he showed up and people were dancing along the side of the road, and military units started to defect he certainly would of entered the city. Still would of lost, but he would of entered. When he entered Russia from Ukraine with his army he should of said alea iacta est. You're committed. You shouldn't be only finding out mid way there that you are not all that welcomed.

@Dignaga Prigozhin was a very confident man, very driven by his ego. It is probable he really believed he would be victorious and keep Wagner after this mutiny. Nothing else except his own head could have led him to think this would be successful, and that there would be no repercussions.
Ousting Putin was still not his aim.

Enough Russian propaganda for today Dmitri, you can rest now.
