No Taxes and on tips

Heard that last night at a rally in Nevada, then heard the press secretary say the president supports it. What a great idea, who said they could not come up with good policies. I wonder why they never tried to pass it the last 4 years.

I know it was said on Jun 9th in another rally but does it rally matter who came up with the idea?

I’m sure they’ll come up with reasons why they weren’t able to implement the idea. Or maybe they’ll just never address it again, and everyone will forget.
