Heard that last night at a rally in Nevada, then heard the press secretary say the president supports it. What a great idea, who said they could not come up with good policies. I wonder why they never tried to pass it the last 4 years.

I know it was said on Jun 9th in another rally but does it rally matter who came up with the idea?

Only to those who think that politicking comes first. One former President comes to mind here. For instance the guy who said he can solve the healthcare issues, but will not share his plans, until after he gets elected (never released anything). Or the guy who demanded that a bi-partisan immigration not get passed, despite his claim that immigration is the #1 problem, because it might benefit his political rival.

But who's counting?
