Americas IQ test is November 5th.

We will find out what percentage of America is Stupid. Because look you’ve got to be a very stupid person to vote Harris/Walz. Do you want America to be great again. No, dude, nothing was overturned.

And Trump has been delaying the appeal process as much as he can. And that court case was in a STATE court; thus beyond the reach of presidential pardons.

The statute Trump violated is New York Executive Law EXC § 63(12). The purpose is to take away the incentive for cheating by forcing disgorgement of profits made from cheating. If a scam artist makes $350 mil from cheating and you only fine him $50 mil, that makes cheating VERY profitable - you can't deny it.

What we call "IQ" is the largest eigenvector of a high dimensional covariance matrix. Howard Gardner made strong arguments for eight independent dimensions of "intelligence" and there may be more. The largest eigenvector might represent 1/3 of the total observed variation, so ignoring the other components leaves out most of the "intelligence."

I bet standardized IQ and learning testing is just so unpopular that it's not a thing, anymore. After all, when black boys who's mom's never worked toppled the hierarchy, you had to scramble all your brains, Clinton cancelled welfare checks And all moms had always been working moms since 1995. So, no IQ is everyone's IQ.
