Immigrants in America had social programs that they benefitted from going back to at least 1948. If your issue is that they're expensive, join me in calling for higher taxes on the rich so that all Americans can have their human rights met.

As for it being illegal, I agree immigration should be done legally. But if we're talking about non-violent immigrants who have been working peacefully for decades, is it that bad to just give them amnesty? Can't we just make them pay a fine or something? Deporting a non-violent undocumented worker is like locking someone up for life because they jay walked.

Then another thing to consider is the process. Look at what ICE has been doing. Deporting 12 million people, most of them deeply integrated into society, just isn't possible.

@BohoBabe no I don’t believe in that most of the people who came here illegally we are paying for them I live in a communist state who harbors these people they get everything for nothing they are very arrogant like we owe them something they do not work and do not assimilate I live in the United States and you do not know how bad this is here .. my ancestors assimilated here and fought in two wars.. for this country’s freedom.. billions of our taxes have been wasted on these deadbeats and a lot of Americans men women and children have been raped and robbed , murdered Big difference!I worked my whole life until I became disabled from a work injury..it took me 3 years and an attorney to receive my social security disability…I earned that money!! These people did not contribute towards it .. and they get ss ..3 hotels where taken over by the state government for illegals they trashed the rooms stole from locals houses stores and assaulted robbed people.. a friend of mine was approached in her car windows down by one of these things they had a needle and said in broken English give m e your money or I’ll stab you with this she legally carries a gun stopped him in his tracks the police where called and they said he was a Muslim from Iran ..wanted for assault.
