I was baffled when media reported that Algeria is a member of the IBA

The Algerian Boxing Federation released a statement stating they officially left the IBA over a year ago.

The question remains, which countries still engage their board and recognize it? Most I am checking has either been suspended or left.

Now that this matter is under the spotlight, hopefully the president, board or even the IBA as a whole can be targeted by the next package of EU sanctions.
