Joe Biden's proposed amendments

Do you think that US president Biden's proposed constitutional amendments make sense and would improve politics & justice in America and elsewhere?

And do you think the majority of the American public is too (fill in your own blank) to allow these proposals to become reality?

I like both ideas, at least in principle, but I don't see any Constitutional Amendments passing in the next decade or 2.

@MistyCee only after congress is limited to two terms like the president.

@Baremine Which would be anpther hard amendment to pass. That one would probably have more popular support, though, whether it's a good idea or not. 2 terms in the house seems awfully brief.
