Trump's cabinet scares me more than a Trump presidency

Given that 40 out of 44 of his previous cabinet members have refused to endorse him for president, and given his history of firing people that criticize him and replacing them with sycophants, looking out at the landscape of potential candidates is bleak.

I imagine the aggressively stupid Marjorie Taylor Greene, a dense sleazeball like Matt Gaetz, or a raging dumpster fire like Lauren Boebert will be elevated to high-ranking government positions. Maybe even unhinged nutjobs like Mike Lindell or Alex Jones could find their way into roles they're completely unqualified for.

But more concerning than that is the increasing likelihood of Russian assets making their way into the White House given Trump's close relation to Putin. Aside from being murderous war-criminals, the Kremlin has time and again chosen to support Trump and vice versa, which is one of the most dangerous conflicts of interest to ever face the United States.

Russia considers itself a global rival to the US, and there are ample accounts that they are trying to destabilize America through rampant misinformation and propaganda, strategic hacking, and influence campaigns targeting specific voting blocs (https://www.americanprogress.org/article/origins-russias-broad-political-assault-united-states/).

Trump has Trojan Horse written all over him and his supporters are filled with so much bile and animosity towards their fellow Americans that they are willing to sleep with the enemy just to feed their sense of self-righteousness.

Before dismissing these claims as alarmist or misguided, ask yourself this: what kind of leader is Trump given that 40 out of 44 of those who were chosen to serve under him, including his Vice President, are refusing the opportunity to work with him again?

First of all there is a contributing variable, you lying dem, left out in your first paragraph. That is, the kkkdems and the media left that anyone in this country who supports DT is fired from their job and made a pariah. The vengeance and vitriol of the kkkdem party leaves this country free to be a kkkdem, unless you want to starve, as the media has made plain on many occasions.

Where have you been? The Mueller Investigation PROVED that DT had no connection to Putin. They knew each other and nothing else. All of the press reports that said DT “looked” subservient to Putin were fairytales and nothing else. Those people don’t and didn’t know any of that. After all it was Hunt-a-Blow Biden that got a million dollars from the mayor of Moscow.

Where have you been? Russia has always been trying to subvert the US. They subverted the US into war! Under the idiot bidumb. If you had really wanted to keep them from doing this you could have supported opposition to communism when the soviets were murdering a million innocent civilians EVERY YEAR.

Here’s the real question. What are the kkkdems threatening DT’s people with unless they abandoned him.

@MarthannBann888 The Mueller Report didn't prove that Trump had no connection to Putin. Per the report, investigators did "not conclude that the President committed a crime", however "it also does not exonerate him".

The report found numerous suspicious connections between Trump's allies and associates and Russian officials and spies. Many of those associates provided false statements and attempted to obstruct investigation efforts.

But let's look at some other facts besides the Mueller Report:
-Trump has had numerous private meetings with Putin
-He has a history of concealing details of those meetings from senior officials
-In many of those meetings, he had no note-taker and no American translator present (relying on Putin's)
-On at least one occasion he seized the notes of his interpreter and pressured them into secrecy

Hard find evidence of wrongdoing when you cover all your steps. Do you seriously not find it at least a little suspect or concerning that Trump is going to such lengths to hide the details of his meetings with a geopolitical rival? That he's allowing the Kremlin to dictate the narrative of those conversations? Putin has no problem allowing his officials to get the details of those meetings
