@Patriot96 the basis for the era of international law after WWII. Not eutopia, really, just normal democracy without a killing empire like that hegemon. Not pie in the sky - just the enemy of Washington. Things change. Maybe Washington can fall and maybe peace will arrive. Still a worthy goal.
