No country allows people to choose to live there. Americans should be proud. Money crosses all borders and the oligarchy is global, but all of us are fenced in. Perfect for capitalism.

@Patriot96 the basis for the era of international law after WWII. Not eutopia, really, just normal democracy without a killing empire like that hegemon. Not pie in the sky - just the enemy of Washington. Things change. Maybe Washington can fall and maybe peace will arrive. Still a worthy goal.
