Americans seem to suffer with confirmation bias. If you vote the way they do, they’ll back you all the way even if it’s blatant nonsense.

In their defense it is a pretty hopless situation. Neither party is going to fix anything. Partisanship itself is closer to the real issue...that the system itself is the problem.

But real solutions take work, introspection, humility, perseverance, faith, ingenuity, research, etc.

So much easier to just choose a side and scream your head off.
