They were arguing over who would win at golf. 😔

@BohemianBabe now watch all the Spin Doctors and professional liars will say Biden won

@BLP11520 Biden won on substance. On how they looked and spoke, Trump won.

@BohemianBabe what happens when you don't take people on merit, ability ,and so forth, but instead condone or ignore everything the candidate does or says - just because of the same political affiliation that you are...

@Justmeraeagain The really sad thing is, people voting for Trump actually do support him. It's a legit cult. Whereas Biden voters, we're just doing harm reduction.

@BohemianBabe I guess I don't buy that because I think they're both crazy but that's my own opinion

@Soossie Tonight, yes. But if we're going by results, Biden's presidency has been really good.
@BohemianBabe
I think not … I was against Trump, but I have to be honest that during his presidency world was a safer place …

@Soossie Just because Putin et al. were idly and patiently waiting for the US to dismantle itself; Trump was a joke on the international stage. Good ol' "Don't interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake". As soon as that was no longer the case, and the US came out of It looking absolutely weakened, the geopolitical shìtstorm we're in immediately began.
It's a recurring pattern in history. Far-righters here we're/are like "the country used to work much better when Mussolini was in charge, and as soon as they killed him we precipitated into an economic catastrophe", ignoring that the economic catastrophe happened exactly as a consequence of Mussolini's policies.
Humans have a hard time understanding consequences that happen with a lag from.the time the triggering action happened.

@Soossie Countries being led by a plurality of people isn't actually bad, presidents shouldn't be kings; the problem is the composition of the plurality or (in the US case) the pluralities being picked among a finite and tiny (N=2) set. But that's still a better system than, say, Russia, where a 70+ years old that'll realistically govern until (natural) death is the one and only one authority, above everyone else.
