I think they're trying to tie her to Biden because, regardless of what you think about Biden's policies, he's a very likeable person. Whereas Hillary is super unlikeable.

It's odd considering her war crimes would be objectionable only from the left of her, politically speaking. But Dems don't mind a bit of extralegal assassination.
