I'm not sure if this kind of interview, would ever have happened in an earlier time. But that's just where we are at the moment. But yeah... your basic far-right conspiratorial fear-mongers that support their claims with anekdotes and emotional rethoric.
Win or lose in November, the Heritage FoundationsProject 2025 is the alternative government in waiting for after the coup. Trump will declare the election invalid if he fails to win, the courts will stall and the people will be called on as they were last time, with Project 2025 people ready to move in and take over. Now while that is a terrible end to a bold democratic experiment., who is to say it will be no better than what exists now. There will be none of this BS will legal rules and appeals carrying on for years. None of these political protests. Just do as you are told and everything will be fine..😷
Reagan began the Oligarchy....now they're just finishing the job and dismantling the barely remaining Constitutional protections...there was massive fraud???
Perhaps they didn't know about the many court cases
@bookerdana Oh no... these people know. Heritage foundation has been actively poisoning the well, when it comes to the trust in elections, for the last decade and longer. They have a history.
I'm glad the MSNBC host calls out their little list:
https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud
... these anekdotes from the last 100 years... are their "evidence" that voter-fraud is common and undermining American elections. However, none of the examples are significant enough (even not if you count it all together) to call out one result as being "unfair" due to fraud.
This is pretty much a think-tank, that is not thinking on how to inform the public. But is thinking on how to undermine peoples' faiths in a system so they can implement their own authoritarian model.
@Kwek00 It was a sarcastic aside,as it involved something like 50 cases involving Fox and two companies ,Smartmatic and Dominion...Rudy is in exile Carlsen got the boot....
@LordShadowfire Well, these people are emboldened. I think one of the best tactics you can use right now... is let these people talk as much as possible while keep asking them critical questions. Because, at the end of the day, the US still isn't in a spot where 51% of the voters, actually believe in what these people are selling when these people are honest to them.
