@NoThanksLeon He was convicted by a brutal, racist regime, primarily for leaving South Africa illegally and for inciting workers to strike. He accepted his sentence with the following speech.

I have fought against white domination, and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities.

‘It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.’

And that is the reason Mandela will be forever loved and respected universally, and Trump never will be.

And yes, you are in error. His conviction was unjust and not based on fact. Trump's conviction WAS based on fact.
