Convicted Felon Trump Wants To Eliminate Taxed On Tips

During a campaign speech in Las Vegas today, Convicted Felon Trump said that the first thing he's going to do, is eliminate taxed on tips. Immediately, he said.

A couple of problems:

1. Of course he can't do it, right away, or immediately, or first thing. Congress does that. He will sign the bill or veto it, when it gets to his desk, whenever that happens.

2. I was paying taxes on my "tips" back when I was a busboy in high school and college. The logistics involved are mind boggling. Tips are commonly added to the bill, and more establishments are resorting to a percentage basis. How's that going to be extracted and computed?

I get what he's trying to do: try to get more Latino votes, in a state that depends on hospitality. The irony. of course, is that the a large percentage of this demographics, is illegal immigrants, and he knows it.

So, he's promising them something he is never going to be able to deliver, to influence the larger group that can vote.

Reminds of when he promised California farmers water. He said I can do on day one. His solution "let's switch the water on". This is a no shit campaign quote.

Why do I have the feeling that if it was Biden who suggested it,you wouldn't stop going on about what a great idea it is?

You should respond to the post, dummy, and not playing pretend analyst. You're not good at it.
