Reference for what? Being able to own a black powder gun? I said I think ( which means I don’t know for certain. ) I do recall hearing that somewhere. I’ll see if I can find out for sure.

@specman Felons are forbidden to own a firearm in many jurisdictions. If there is a work around or exception, it would be good to know.

@LordShadowfire tbh trying to use a black powder gun is an ineffective firearm to use for self defense. They’re loud so it might scare the attacker away or you might get lucky and hit them with the first shot. I doubt you’d have time to reload. lol
