He was found guilty on 34 counts. Unless you have been living under a rock you know the story. Half of the US thinks he is guilty. The other half does not. What do you think ? Trump found guilty of felony. Should he go to prison or not. ☺️🎲

I'd rather see him out of politics, honestly, and I don't see imprisonment as doing that. I'm guessing, he'll be sentenced to some time, but I doubt he'll end up in Rikers, and I dont think a July sentencing will keep him from getting the Republican nomination, or even cost him that much in the general election.
It seems most likely, he'll get sentenced, not to have serve on appeal, and by the time that's over, he'll either be President and beyond New York's authority, or be facing more serious time and consequences from other charges in DC federal court, Georgia, and maybe elsewhere.
Now, having said all that, do I think he should go to Prison in an ideal world? Yes, but maybe not for these non-violent crimes, as opposed to for other things he's done and for which I think he should also be convicted.
@MistyCee How about house arrest? How about Trump confined to his luxurious NY apartment with an ankle monitor and no travel? Do you think that would be a feasible sentence for a first time felon?
@ElwoodBlues I'm guessing House Arrest, or something like it would be how he'd end up serving time, but I doubt he'll have to campaign or accept the Republican nomination by zoom.
