Biden’s DOJ Claims ‘Deadly Force’ Order Necessary Because Trump Had ‘Knives’ in Mar-a-Lago Kitchen

Joe Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice is now trying to justify its “shoot-to-kill” order for the FBI to take out Donald Trump during the 2022 raid on Mar-a-Lago because Trump had a knife in the kitchen of his living quarters.

No really, Stop laughing.

They are serious.

Last week, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed the documents that proved that Biden told the FBI to feel free to kill the former president.

“Should FPOTUS [Trump] arrive at MAL [Mar-a-Lago], FBI MM EM and OSCs will be prepared to engage with FPOTUS and USSS Security Team,” the document read. “Should USSS provide resistance or interfere with FBI timeline or accesses, FBI MM EM will engage with [redacted] and [redacted] will engage with USSS POC’s per existing liaison relationships.”

“Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force only when necessary, that is, when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person,” the document added.

Now Biden’s Stasi agency is claiming that there were dangerous knives, spoons and forks in Trump’s residency.

What about the sporks?

Trump’s attorneys blasted the DOJ, saying, “Nor was there any basis for the FBI to bring firearms into Mar-a-Lago. There were no threats and no risk to agents’ safety arising from their allegations relating to possession of documents at a premises already guarded by the Secret Service. But the agents appear to have done so, based on documents produced in discovery, in order to search for alleged contraband they pretended was life threatening in Mar-a-Lago’s gym and kitchen (five and four pictures, respectively).”

Oh, the humanities.

@sunsporter1649 Nope. It's not the ND agreement; it's the falsifying business documents, ijit!!

It may not be a crime to pay a sexworker for sex.
It may not be a crime to pay a sexworker for silence.

But is sure as heck IS a crime to list any of those payments as "legal expenses" (which are tax deductible) on your official paperwork.

In Trump's New York hush money trial he is being charged with 34 counts of falsifying business documents. That's the actual crime he is convicted of.

@ElwoodBlues So paying an attorney for services rendered is now illegal in new york?

@sunsporter1649
So everyone who has entered into a non-disclosure agreement in new york in the last 50 years will now be prosecuted?

Yes.
Garland and merry band of goons tried to pass this off as SOP. Except the whole bit about the contingency plan to engage the Secret Service if there was resistance. The FBI actually objected to the warrant as being too aggressive, but Garland insisted. They were to go in wearing plain clothes with their weapons and equipment concealed. So, Garland insisted on a scenario to pit highly trained, well armed, executive branch law enforcement in plain clothes against highly trained, heavily armed executive branch security. The likelihood this could have escalated into a bloodbath was high. No wonder the FBI had reservations. No doubt, the Biden administration hoped Trump would end up a casualty in the crossfire. Fortunately, Trump likely had advanced warning, which he signalled on Truth Social, and ensured the property would essentially be vacant.

FBI - the Democrat thug-based enforcement arm; America's version of the KGB. The FBI needs to be disbanded.

What no one talks about, is Trump has Secret Service protection, and they are well armed. They also have shoot to kill orders of any one who is a threat to Trump.
So did Joe want a shoot out between the FBI and the Secret Service??
@Confined Biden IMO is and has been an opportunistic person serving his own interests , self aggrandizement, and given what we’ve seen, what you suggested is something I would not put beyond him. He is a power obsessed politician, and if such a situation had occurred, it would have been spun in such a fashion as to blame Trump and further. Biden’s hopes for another four years.
