Trump LIVID Advice of Counsel Defense not argued
Reportedly Quad Indicted is very upset that his defense team did not raise the Advice of Counsel defense as his campaign fraud trial goes to the jury. His rants on social media (I.e. his failing “Truth Social”) back up this reporting.
Once again, QI shows his ignorance of the law. To raise the Advice of Counsel defense, QI would have to testify and admit that the crime took place. He would then have to demonstrate evidence that his legal staff influenced him to actually commit/engage in the illegal activities.
Coward tRump isn’t man enough to do that. Ever.
Instead, he had his legal team THROW HIS ENTIRE FAMILY UNDER THE BUS BY ASKING WHY AREN’T JUNIOR AND ERIC ALSO ON TRIAL? After all, their signatures were on some of the documents.
Switch your plea to “not guilty by reasons of mental incompetence” if you must, but THE ONLY ONE ON TRIAL FOR HIS OWN ACTIONS IS QUAD INDICTED!
