They kinda look photoshopped, tbh. Not saying you’re wrong about whether he’s wearing an adult protective undergarment, but those pics seem a little over the top.
It's a pretty safe bet he's wearing ԁіареrs these days. I say that with no malice whatsoever, because even though I don't like the guy, I'm not inclined to shame him for being incontinent at his age.
Especially when there are so many other reasons to shame him.
