US refugee crisis: a moral litmus test of white American Christian response.

Since April, 2020, monthly number of migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border has surpassed 200,000 on 10 separate occasions.

The American public is broadly dissatisfied with how things are going at the border, according to a new Pew Research Center survey.

Are white Christian American selfishness a reflection of Jesus' own nature? Or are we refusing to live the way Jesus taught?

Is your post referring to those allegedly under the category of “ asylum seekers” or are you saying they’re refugees?
And don’t be misled by many of those crossing our borders as “ asylum seekers”[image deleted]

My post refers to any non-Americans attempting to cross our borders to get into the US.

This thread is addressing the accusation that white American Christians who refuse to let them come in freely are either as selfish as Jesus, or they reject his teaching of love for all humanity.
@sree251 my response was about the terminology of refugees and asylum
Seekers.

The definitions of refugees and asylum seekers are irrelevant to my post. This hair-splitting identification is for the court to decide after their deliberations on a case by case basis. We are here talking about people trying to get into the US.
@sree251 did you read the attachment?
Well if the terms are irrelevant, no need to go on.

Hey look, this is a forum for idle conversation among people who have nothing better to do in life. Specificity is for self-important nutjobs who regard splitting hairs is a necessity here.
@sree251 Idle conversation or points of view and opinions?
If you think the meme is splitting hairs, that’s your opinion.

Does it matter? We are just making thought waves like leaves making sounds rustling in the wind. This is my opinion.
