Well of course, because it's all Orwellian 1984 bullshit with the G.O.P and words mean nothing with them, they mislabel things and engage in doublespeak frequently. "The clearer skies act" enabling polluters to fill it with CO2 and deregulating axing regulations meant to keep the skies... clear.
"No child left behind" turning our schools into teach for the test camps leading to every child being left behind.
And then when their bills don't create any jobs, they create a "jobs bill" that doesn't create any jobs but just redefine what a "Jobs bill" even is in order to qualify it.
