Justice Ketanji Brown Hits Trump Lawyer With Devastating Question At Immunity Hearing

Is Ketanji Brown any smarter than Elwood Blues? Think about it.

The Constitution does not specify qualifications for Justices such as age, education, profession, or native-born citizenship. A Justice does not have to be a lawyer or a law school graduate.
i hope you do remove his immunity.. and im pretty sure trumps banking on it. for when he installs his own DOJ/FBI heads.

be careful what you wish for TDS....

starting with the bushes.. there will be justice
@sree251 says
We have lost our moral compass as a Christian nation - thanks to the secular push for a separation of church from state.
[big]ROTFL😂🤣😂🤣[/big]

(1) Separation of church and state has been there since the beginning! Just ask Thomas Jefferson!!

(2) We've NEVER been a "Christian nation." The Constitution's First Amendment makes all religions EQUAL!!

(3) Speaking of lost moral compasses, our current refugee crisis is a near perfect moral litmus test.

@sree251 She's fulfilling her intended role by prioritizing the liberal agenda over constitutional interpretation. It's evident that Democrats seek to politicize the Supreme Court for their agenda.

@ElwoodBlues
Oh, wait, let me fill in a little of her judicial experience
Judicial experience? A serial felon has tons of judicial experience in US courts also. Do moral values matter? What about cultural background? Would a person who grew up among felons and raised by felons be a good candidate for sitting on the bench?
@sree251 Yes, judicial experience, as I listed. Your reading comprehension skills are not serving you well. Here, try again:
In 2012, President Barack Obama nominated her to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where she served from 2013 to 2021. President Joe Biden appointed her to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in 2021 and then nominated her as an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2022.
Speaking of judicial experience,

And the NBA doesn’t require players to be above average height either. But they all are .
sree251 · 41-45, M
@AthrillatheHunt What does that tell you? Does taller mean better?

@sree251 better suited for the particular task , yes.
@sree251 SCOTUS will agree with every lower court that the President doesn't have absolute immunity; that the idea is absurd, dangerous, and could lead to dictatorship.

If SCOTUS gave Biden absolute immunity, what would stop Biden from having the conservatives on SCOTUS executed, and replacing them with socialists?? Oh wait, you didn't consider the possibility that presidential immunity would extend to Democratic presidents?? ROTFL!!!
its just a coincidence that at the height of trumps immunity case.
trumps SCOTUS picks are throwing out some very interesting hypotheticals..

@sree251
Colbert couldn't care less.
Impressive mind reading, LOL!!!
On September 11, 1974, when Colbert was ten years old, his father and his brothers Peter and Paul, who were closest to him in age, died in the crash of Eastern Air Lines Flight 212 while it was attempting to land in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Colbert speaks regularly about how his Christian faith helped him survive the pain and grief of this tragedy. You didn't know that, did you? Colbert is actually one of the best and truest voices of faith in our public sphere. Your ignorance is astounding!!!

How would you know? Have you been in the presence of the Holy Ghost?
