Hamas doesn’t have such a process but no one protests them or that they take hostages. The double standard is obvious but you are not alone.

Germany still exists. I can show you where it is on the map. What couldn't be allowed to continue was certain people in charge of the German government. They were removed. That's how Nazi Germany was eliminated. The country remains, because nobody wanted to genocide them.
