Interpretation of the law is the problem.

And then who has the right to even bring a case let alone attempt to prosecute it.

@Picklebobble2 There is no "interpretation". Sovereign Immunity protects the Monarch from prosecution, civil or criminal.

The Monarch is a person, rich and powerful, and, thanks to Sovereign Immunity, above the law.

2. If you are really questioning the existence of Sovereign Immunity, you need to brush up on your sources of information.

@Picklebobble2 raised the matter of the interpretation of the law. I simply pointed out that the law of Sovereign Immunity, which defines the Monarch's status as above the law - the substance of your original question - was beyond interpretation.
