Woke Google Turns Against Its Own Workers – You Won’t Believe What They Did

Google employees who occupied the California office of Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian for more than eight hours to demand the company stop doing business with Israel were arrested late Tuesday.

The employees broadcast their protest on a “notech4apartheid’ Twitch livestream. The video showed they given the opportunity to leave voluntarily, and then arrested by police after refusing to do so…

Demands also include that Google cease all “business with the Israeli apartheid government and military,” stop the “harassment, intimidation, bullying, and silencing,” of Palestinian and Muslim employees, and address the “health and safety crisis” among workers who are rattled over their labor being used to “enable a genocide.”

Now that is GOOD 'Cancel Culture'

🤔 'what's good for the Goose ...'

Now that is GOOD 'Cancel Culture'

This sums up how little principles the Right actually has.

@sunsporter1649 Deflection because you know I'm correct.

@BohemianBabe Shouldn’t you be out arresting parents at a school board meeting somewhere?
@sunsporter1649 Deflection because you know I'm correct. The Right wants "Cancel Culture" to be real, as long as it helps them.

@BigGuy2 There's no such thing as Cancel Culture. It's a propaganda distraction created by the Right.

Just look at that comic which your fellow Nazi posted. None of the properties in that comic have actually been "cancelled." The company that owns Mr Potato Head changed the name of the brand to "Potato Head." All they did was drop the "Mr," and the Right claimed that Mr Potato Head was "cancelled." Meanwhile, you can still by both Mr PH and Mrs PH at any kids toy store. Nothing was cancelled, nothing was banned, it was a nothing story. And that's how every story about "Cancel Culture" ends.

@sunsporter1649 ... i love get'n this nutjob into 'verbal corners'

... now that the tables are turning and we're doing to them what they attempted {and mostly succeeded in doing} to us, their spin on it is:

'There is no 'Cancel Culture'
@BigGuy2
If there's no such thing as 'Cancel Culture' how do you justify saying: in BOLD

Because the Right claims "Cancel Culture" is real and that they're against it. But then the moment you think it's working in your favor, you proclaim "Now that is GOOD 'Cancel Culture'"

So which is it? Is Cancel Culture good or bad?
My take is that it's not real. I'm consistent. You're not because you actually do want it to be real as long as it only works against anyone you disagree with.

@BohemianBabe Cancel Culture is real - sacking people for viewpoints is a FACT ... documented by all kinds of media - cancelling them from society for their viewpoints is real
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@BohemianBabe You keep spinning like that you are gonna fall off the planet and end up on Uranus
You keep spinning

How so? What position did I spin on? I've always been consistent, "cancel culture" isn't real, it's a boogeyman the Right uses to distract from real issues.

That's not "cancel culture," that's just business as it has always been. People get fired for representing companies poorly. It's always been like that.

Cancel Culture, supposedly, is this new culture where celebrities and companies have their careers destroyed over every little thing. According to the narrative, comedians can't even make jokes anymore.
Again, look at the comic that your fellow Nazi posted. If that was real, that would be cancel culture.
