@Reason10 I agree, though he is not necessarily senile, but after two brain surgeries, his age and mental and physical decline he should not be in
Political office.
Foreign policy is not nor has it ever been his forte. The people who run foreign policy are the cabal that own him; the ones he is beholden to for getting him to the White House. He sold himself but gave up his rights to run anything. He is all about, “ hey, look at me!”
Realize that the climate change cabal owns and runs him too; as he has visions of grandeur if he does their bidding he is all good with them and it plays into his seeking another four years.
But again, foreign policy is out of his hands. His face is on it but the mechanisms behind it are the cabal.
